Amanda Standley

Hello, I’m Amanda, and I proudly serve as a Personal Lines Producer at 316 Insurance Group. My journey with this dedicated team began in May 2022, although my passion for the insurance industry has roots dating back to 2019.

What truly excites me in this field is the opportunity to nurture and expand client relationships while deepening my knowledge to better assist and educate individuals on the significance of insurance and how coverage functions. I’m profoundly passionate about this, as insurance is designed to safeguard one’s assets and financial well-being.

My academic journey began at Mulvane High School in 2011, with dreams of becoming a veterinarian due to my deep love for animals. However, I eventually chose a different career path—one that allows me to help, educate, and protect people when they need it the most. Insurance runs in my family, with many of my relatives having worked in or retired from the industry. My grandfather, who owned Quality Body Shop in Mulvane, was a significant influence in my life. His ability to assist people during times of loss left an indelible mark, inspiring me to be the best I can be.

I’m also a proud mother of two remarkable children, a son and a daughter, who mean the world to me. In addition to being a mom, I share my home with three dogs and two cats. When I’m not at work, you’ll often find me at a junior rodeo with my daughter or exploring the sand dunes at Little Sahara State Park with my family. I’m also known to tinker with my various project vehicles. Furthermore, I’m an enthusiastic registered volunteer for my daughter’s Girl Scout troop, where I actively participate in events like “Scouting for Food” to support our local food bank.
