Shannon Stiles

Shannon has been a valued member of the 316 Insurance Group since our establishment in June 2021, serving as our Agency Relations Manager. In this role, Shannon works closely with our customers and service team to ensure they receive the best client experience, appropriate coverage at the best available, most accurate prices, making her an integral part of our team.

Shannon’s passion lies in educating and safeguarding our clients, and her commitment to this mission is evident in her background. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Friends University. While Shannon once ventured into agency ownership herself, she found her true calling in directly assisting customers.

In her capacity as an Agency Resource Manager, Shannon is well-equipped, holding licenses in property and casualty, life, and handles financial services. Her experience extends to handling insurance reviews with precision.

Beyond her professional role, Shannon is deeply dedicated to community service. She actively engages with organizations such as Meals on Wheels and Girls on the Run. When not at work, Shannon cherishes time with her family and church activities. She finds joy in inspiring others and can often be found immersed in personal development literature.
