Diego began his insurance career in 2025 as a Customer Service Agent, where he’s dedicated to helping clients with their home, auto, and renters’ insurance needs. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Diego takes pride in connecting with people from all backgrounds and making sure every customer feels confident and informed about their coverage.

Before joining the insurance industry, Diego spent 15 years as a teacher — an experience that shines through in his approach today. He loves educating clients about their policies, explaining coverage options clearly, and helping them understand why being properly insured matters. His goal is simple: to empower people to make smart decisions that protect what’s most important to them.

Outside the office, Diego wears another hat as a real estate agent. He also enjoys traveling, cheering on 49er football and Shocker basketball, and spending quality time with his family. Diego’s enthusiasm, knowledge, and passion for helping others make him a trusted advocate for his clients and their peace of mind.
