Connie Williams

Hello, I’m Connie Williams, and I proudly serve as the Claim Specialist at 316 Insurance Group. My journey into the insurance world began in May 2018 when I faced a personal challenge—breaking my elbow. During my recovery, I was encouraged to pursue my Property and Casualty license. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I officially obtained my license in 2018.

In February 2019, I embarked on a new chapter as a Customer Service Agent with Shannon Stiles’ agency. It’s hard to believe that almost five years have passed since that time. I find immense fulfillment in my role, as assisting clients through the often-traumatic experience of a claim brings me great joy. Being able to help our customers navigate the process successfully and move forward is incredibly rewarding.

Originally hailing from Topeka, Kansas, I’ve called Wichita my home since 1980. I’ve accomplished the feat of completing a marathon, and I now apply the marathon training mentality to various aspects of my life. Outside of work, I cherish moments spent with my children and grandkids. Two years ago, I welcomed four cats into my life, earning me the title of a “crazy cat lady.” I’m an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and have a deep appreciation for all things vintage.
